Super Reaper Diamond Abrasive Discs

Description

Super Reaper Diamond Abrasive Discs are a game changer for grinding hardened materials and sharpening abrasive resistant high end steel blades on your Super Reaper Interchangeable Disc Grinder. The flat diamond abrasive discs go straight on to your magnetic backing disc in place of your usual flat or bevelled discs. If the optional drive pin is installed on your backing disc, they will require a small hole to accommodate the pin, easily drilled from the back of the disc.

These discs are 200mm in Diameter (slightly larger than the backing disc) giving a huge working area, and allowing for easy installation and removal. These discs can be used dry, but we recommend they be used wet for improved longevity, optimal finish and maximum grinding performance. This can easily be achieved by using a mister system, such as our Brodbeck Ironworks pneumatic misting system.
