Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel Quarter Sheet 220mm x 360mm. A versatile Swedish martensitic stainless steel optimised for knives. With a relatively simple heat treat, great edge retention and excellent corrosion resistance, Sandvik 12C27 has become a popular choice among kitchen, outdoor and EDC knife makers.

Comes annealed (soft) and ready to work with hand tools.
