Description
Buffalo Leather Veg Tanned ‘Gosford’ is a Full Grain Buffalo Leather that has been drum and aniline dyed. It is Veg tanned and slightly Chrome Tanned. Named as ‘Gosford’ Leather, it is highly textured with a matte finish and slight two tone appearance.
Buffalo Leather has an epidermal layer up to three times thicker than cow hide which means that it is extremely strong and durable. Unlike cow hides, buffalo hides are not stretched during the tanning process, therefore they are thicker and more resistant to tearing. Full grain Buffalo Leather is some of the strongest leather that you can buy, but it is still soft and flexible.
